Northern Ireland: €5.00 (Free for orders over €75)

United Kingdom: £6.00 (€7.00) (Free for orders over €100)

Delivery in 5-7 working days

Europe: €15.00 (Free for orders over €175)

Rest of the World: €25.00 (Free for orders over €225)

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order.

 

Returns Policy

 

We hope you love your purchase! If not, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Returns that are soiled, damaged, or carry excessive odors (e.g., perfume, smoke) will not be accepted.

Certain items, including gift cards, earrings, necklaces, hairbands, and personal care products, cannot be returned.

 

How to Return Your Item

 

For Republic of Ireland Customers

 

We’ve partnered with Drop2Shop to make returns simple:

 

1. Log your return at our Returns Portal.

Enter your order ID and Eircode or email.

2. Select the items you wish to return.

3. Choose your refund method:

Gift Card with 20% extra credit

Original payment method

4. Pay the €4.50 return shipping fee.

5. Drop your parcel at any Drop2Shop location.

No printer needed!

For customers outside the EU, ensure an electronic customs declaration is clearly visible on your parcel.

 

Refund Process

 

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice during the return process.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

 

If you’re not available to receive your delivery, the postman will leave a delivery docket with instructions to collect your parcel from your local post office.

 

Disputes

 

If you feel your issue hasn’t been resolved, you can escalate it through the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
